Whispering Pines...
We have been breeding and raising Siberian Huskies for over 25 years.  Whispering Pines Siberian's are always bred with health and beauty in mind.  All parents are AKC Registered and have had their hips and eyes certified, free of health defects.  Our dogs have been placed in many different types of homes serving many different purposes.  Many of our puppies turn into wonderful AKC show dogs with great careers.  Many go to wonderful homes to be much loved pets.  Some even get to run fast and pull sleds, something they truly love.  Nothing seems to be more natural and beautiful than a Husky in full stride dashing through the snow on a brisk winter's day.
Whispering Pines is our family kennel name, we have two kennels located in Northern Connecticut. Both kennels are family owned and all of our dogs are handled and raised in a family atmosphere.  Our dogs are use to people of all ages and really love children.  We do not breed for money; we breed to find the next generation of great show dogs and family pets.  Bloodlines & health records are always carefully checked prior to any breed match being made.  Our dogs are our family and companions in life first and foremost.  We try to educate those interested in the breed and dog ownership in general.  We find Huskies to be perfect for us, they may not perfect for everyone. Not everyone can accommodate their size, deal with their fur, nor have the energy to keep up with them. We find them to be a wonderful breed of animal that love their 'people' very much!
Membership in certain clubs is not an indication of a great breeder, nor does the AKC registration mean the quality of the animal is perfect. There are many people that can take advantage of the uninformed pet owner.  Please get informed about your breeder, visit their facility and ask A LOT of questions!
Please feel free to check out our website and contact us with any questions you may have.
